Cheshire Challenges

In these times of uncertainty and social distancing, our residents my be confined to the home but are finding ways to keep busy. One of our residents has decided that he wanted to have a challenge and so he is rowing the Sark to Jersey challenge, 26km. He and our Physiotherapist started last Monday and row twice a day, 11.30am and 4pm. Once they have completed this they have some more rowing challenges in mind so keep an eye out for the next ones. And don’t forget our Big Winter Waistline Waddle got everyone moving at the start of the year doing 10,000 steps a day. You can still achieve that even with only 2 hours excersize time a day. Show us how you are keeping fit or plan to keep fit during the lockdown! Maybe you have created a running track in your garden or got your fitness equipment ready, show us all what you are doing!
